 On the left is a row of arborvitae being installed. All our shrubs are installed using a combination of peat moss and an organic fertilizer to help the plant through its first year. This is the most important time of the plants life. Proper installation of the shrubs followed by the necessary watering will insure the plants are able to do what is necessary the first year. That is to set out a good root system. After the first year a good fertilization, once a year, with an organic based fertilizer will help the plants grow to their maximum height and provide the plant with the nurishment to produce flowers/fruit in its greatest abundance. The picture on the right is an old bed which had unsightly junipers that needed removal. The owners wanted a bed to put in annual flowers. No job to small not to be important.
