R & R Landscaping has added fence washing and sealing on the request of some of our maintenance customers. The procedure is similar to our deck washing. An environmentally friendly cleaner is applied to the wood surface. After it has been allowed to 'work' on the wood to sufficiently clean it, it is washed with a high pressure washer. After the surface has been allowed to dry properly, a sealer is applied. As with deck sealing, we can offer sealer, stain or semi-transparent stain for your fence, although we recommend just using a sealer with UV protectors on fence surfaces. Vertical surfaces will not require re-sealing as frequently as horizontal surfaces.
